A flare sends a bright, unmistakable signal into the sky — a wordless way to say "I'm here" or "come to me" that cuts straight through the chaos when voices can't reach. It's one of the fastest ways to reunite a scattered group.
How to use the Flare
- Agree in advance what a flare means: rally point, danger, or "found it".
- Pair with binoculars so distant teammates can pinpoint the source.
- Use sparingly so the signal stays meaningful.
